This page describes the current versoink service at versoink.app and its public landing page.

Local drafts and browser storage

Anonymous drafts, preferences, offline copies and pending changes are stored in your browser. Anonymous drafts are not automatically uploaded to an account. Copying them into an account workspace is an explicit action. Clearing browser data can remove local drafts and unsent changes.

Telegram sign-in

versoink uses Telegram to verify your account. The server verifies signed login claims and uses your numeric Telegram user ID for ownership and access permissions. It stores a separate provider subject, your chosen versoink username and server sessions. The official bot is @versoink_bot. Telegram operates its own service under its privacy policy.

Account documents and sharing

Signed-in account documents, folders, changes, history and sharing permissions are synchronized to the versoink server and included in operational backups. The server processes document content; versoink does not provide end-to-end encryption. Invited readers and editors can access documents according to their permissions. A link alone does not grant access. Revoking access prevents further server access but cannot erase copies another person already has.

Notifications and operations

Optional private administrator notifications use verified account and session events without document names, contents or links. Release notifications contain release notes. Contributor notifications are explicitly requested and disclose the verified editor identity and changed file names to the owner. Delivery receipts are retained to prevent duplicate or ambiguous sends from being repeated. Infrastructure processes connection information required to operate the service, including network addresses and request metadata.

Landing page and application boundaries

This landing page uses locally hosted fonts and no analytics, tracking scripts or cookies. The application uses browser storage and an essential login cookie. Document contents are rendered on a canvas; clipboard restrictions are interaction rules and do not prevent inspection of browser memory, storage or network traffic.

Your choices and support

You can export your owner documents, manage sharing, sign out and manage local storage in the application. Trash is recoverable and is not a permanent erasure request. For account deletion, data requests or privacy questions, contact support@versoink.app. Requests are reviewed with ownership verification; retained history, delivery receipts and backups may require separate handling. No automatic permanent account erasure or fixed retention period is promised here.
